Client Facing Advisor
Client Facing Advisor Location Capelle aan den IJssel Position Purpose The Client Facing Advisor supports the delivery of HR services across the site in which they are assigned and will work in close partnership with the MOS Site Lead and colleagues on site to ensure programs and processes delivered by MOS are aligned with business and HR strategies. This includes support in the execution of annual processes (e.g. performance management, compensation cycle, etc.), support of career events in the employee lifecycle from on-boarding through off-boarding (incl. Employee relations), support in implementing & launching new programs aligned with HR strategy in a manner effective for the business, advising and coaching managers, and ensuring appropriate controls and compliance are in place. The Client Facing Advisor has a signal function concerning processes and issues that impact colleagues and managers and gives support in ensuring HR processes and programs are implemented in a consistent manner across all BUs and Divisions at Pfizer.
